Reservation Policies

Due to high demand for reservations, please note the following policies:

Late Arrival: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, we will call to confirm if you are still joining us. If we do not hear back from you within 5 minutes, your reservation will be canceled.

Seating Policy: We kindly ask that all guests in your party arrive before we can seat you. We will not seat incomplete parties. If you or you or your guests are more than 15 minutes late, we may no longer have your table or may have a limited amount of time for you & your guests. 

Timing Policy: In order to accommodate all guests, certain times may require a table time limit. We will always inform you upon arrival if your table has a set time limit. We strive to ensure you have enough time to enjoy your meal, and we appreciate your understanding.

Please call 484.533.3236 to book reservations that are more than 8 people.  There is FREE PARKING for both Lunch (top of Lee Street past outdoor dining area) and Dinner (Spring Mill Business Campus lot adjacent to the front entrance) - please call us for directions if needed.  We will do our best to accommodate all Walk-In groups.  There is a $5 per person cancellation fee for parties of 10 or more within 1 hour of reservation time at managers discretion.
